Wogger Mini 16
The point'n'click series that I'm beginning to think will never end, crosses fingers, continues with Wogger Mini 16 [subbed by czGeorge, Not me, anon, Kate, Ashley, Reap, toni may, Ryan & MsInterpret].

It's late, technically Saturday (here in the UK at least), but I'm sneaking Bright Eyes - First Day Of My Life into Lazylaces musical Friday all the same. This is a perfect song for such a late hour, it's a favourite for Jennifer and I, we're seeing Bright Eyes live in March, and quite frankly your life is incomplete without this song so I have to share it. I'm dedicating this post to all those couples out there who are apart right now for whatever reason. Enjoy.

Riddler's School
Well it's been a while since I did a Musical Friday post, and it's probably just as long since I posted a URL changing puzzle game. They're not everybody's cup of tea, but those that like them, become furiously addicted. Anyway...

Mr Riddler took some time out from inventing evil plans for the demise of Batman, and wrote to me with news of his on-line puzzle Riddler's School, which I lost for a while in an email spam trap, which obviously decided that anything from a superhero's arch-nemesis was spam, but I then managed to recover it, to post here for all you puzzle addicts to enjoy. It's the usual idea: look at the clue, use your brain, insert your answer in the address bar (...see a 404 error which means you're wrong again, and then go hunting on a forum for a clue).

The theme of the game, as the name might suggest, sees you going back to school (arrrrrrggggghhh!), with the puzzles split into courses and classes, once you get past the first page you start in Geography. Remember to pack your best brain, and an apple for teacher.

PS. As at school cheaters may get in trouble, so while hints are fine, no giveaway spoilers in the comments please, it spoils the puzzles for the true addicts.

Well it's been a long old time since I did a Lazylaces musical Friday, but this week I can tell you I'm mostly listening to Golden Skans by The Klaxons. I'm not sure I like the video, I'm dubious about their back catalog, but I love this release, and will be checking out the new album at the end of the month. What are you all listening to at the moment? Oh, and when not listening this I've been indulging my very recent addiction to Mr Blue Sky (I'm not sure where this addiction came from, but I think this has been used in some games and flash videos I've seen recently).

Wogger Mini 15
Er... right...OK... Wogger Mini 15, I didn't see that one coming. That's it, from this point onwards I'm not going to be surprised when another Wogger Mini Episode is released. You thought it was all over, but it's not now [subbed by f00 & sarahbear].

Wanpa Quest 4
Wanpa Quest 4 continues what seems to be a noticeable trend of increasing difficulty in the Wanpa Quest Series. Ouch. For those of you that get totally stuck, but just have to complete it, those fine folks over at Nordinho have already been there, done that, and produced a walkthru (I'm not directly linking it, to leave you some, albeit very tiny, challenge), and the discussion thread is pretty useful too [subbed by Nicop, Catraven & winniethepooh].

Save Pooky
Save Pooky is an awesomely cute game where you have to save Pooky The Cat, who is trapped at the top of a house. You start at the front door, and as you might expect it's not just a case of walking up the stairs, there's a collection of point'n'click puzzles to solve before you can progress and ultimately save the cute little fellow. I have just one niggle with the game - you'll need Internet Explorer to Save Pooky, he doesn't seem to want to be rescued in Firefox, but other than that this is one lovely game [subbed by Nicop, Kara, Rob, winniethepooh, Karzo, Ariadne, Featheredkitten & Catraven].

Terminal House
From the beginning of the intro sequence at first I thought that Terminal House was going to be a point'n'click murder mystery. But then the "dead" body on the floor started to stir, and I realized that that body was meant to be us, the player, and the snippets of Japanese text on the screen must be telling me the, by now familiar tale, of: "where am I?", "my head hurts", "how do I get out of here?". Yes folks, it's time to escape another room [subbed by Mantari, Nicop, Nefretit, winniethepooh, czGeorge, Amanda, Teejay, MsInterpret, Kennymfk & Catraven].

SSSG9: Undiscovered Treasure
Playing as Agent Sneaky you head to Egypt to recover an ancient artifact, using only your best point'n'click skills, in SSSG9: Undiscovered Treasure, the latest in the SSSG series [subbed by self defiant, Helanren, U2isdebest, Catraven, winniethepooh, Ariadne, Lucy, anon, MsInterpret, CountPondus, kathie, Sara, char, littlesue & Waterlily].

Leaving Your Room: Club Remix Edition
According to Renegade all you Lazylacers out there don't like finding keys or sliding panels, which makes his latest game "Leaving Your Room: Club Remix Edition" one that only the masochists among you will enjoy. Hmmm... that would appear to make me a point'n'click masochist then, although given that I post these things for you I might be more of a point'n'click sadist. Mwahahahaha! [subbed by Tbirdlily, Featheredkitten & winniethepooh].

Wogger Mini 13 & 14
I really did think the Wogger Mini Series was stopping at a dozen episodes, but then at the end of episode 12 it didn't really seem to be a series conclusion, so I wasn't that surprised this weekend (after I'd stopped being blown around) to be sent links (thanks everyone) to episode 13 and episode 14. Is this now the real end of this point'n'click series? [subbed by Laserleaser, Jenny, anon, sarahbear, Ratbag, zero, Pahsimeroi, Absintheur, Langy, Hype & MsInterpret].

Japanese Room Escape Game
Japanese Room Escape Game: it's in Japanese, you must escape a room, and it's a game! I've only just been sent this one so I'm hoping point'n'click skills alone will be enough to let us escape, and we don't need to understand any Japanese. BTW - I found that this one only worked in Internet Explorer, in Firefox I could see all the possible items you need to collect in the inventory as soon as the game loaded (woohoo!), but could not see the actual room (doh!). I'm not sure about other browsers as they are the only two I have to hand on this computer, so if you have any issues playing you may need to experiment a little [subbed by Mantari].
