I've been offline for a long weekend spent on a road trip to Tennessee, a wedding in the foothills of The Smokey Mountains, and then a long road trip home. Just one of the drives alone being more driving than I've ever done in one go; in fact in the UK a trip of the same length would have taken you only just shy of the length of the whole country. Anyways enough of that, you're probably looking for games (that you've already played!)....

Submachine: 32 Chambers

As if by magic my schedule this week has gone ballistic and I find myself with very little spare time for posting, but I do have a moment for two fascinating Submachine facts:

1). A new Submachine game, Submachine: 32 Chambers, is available to play in the current JIG Contest.

2). I can't stop singing "I'm just a Submachine", in the style of Girls Aloud's "Love Machine", over and over to myself.

Hmmm... possibly I overstated, by one, the number of fascinating facts there, but anyway, there's a game to play, so let's go eskimo!

The Dreamerz

Limbo

Limbo is a dark and brooding platform/adventure game, with atmosphere by the bucket load. It's actually available on Xbox live (I just got the free demo version the other day), and now, confusingly, it seems to be available as a flash game on newgrounds too, so I'm not sure what the deal with that is; but it's an interesting play either way, although if you do have an HDTV + Xbox Live, give it a go, at least the demo, that way, as it really looked & felt superb when I played, even though it's not what I'd consider my normal cup of tea.
