:WALKTHROUGH for the video game:
1) click on the first running person. you can tell if you hit them, because they explode in a shower of blood.
2) click on the second running person.
3) repeat as necessary.
WALKTHROUGH for the rest of the game:
1) use the Tab key.
2) everything you get is useful.
3) everyone tells you exactly what you have to do.
USEFUL HINTS:
1) the car that drives by in front of the academic building is a hint, in two (2) different ways.

As for the video game, my best advice is shoot the fastest runners first. Took me a but but I finally got 51 (ok so I was a little ticked at that point)
