:if you want to figure these out logically (which is possible with this one, though not necessarily with all the other Grow games), there are two methods:
1) note which items activate other items, and make sure to do them in the right order. sometimes this just means selecting item B any time after item A, sometimes this means selecting item B immediately after item A -- so this can involve a LOT of trial and error.
2) note at the end of the game which items maxxed out, and what level the non-maxxed-out items got to. an item needs to have at least enough items after it to reach its maximum level (the problem comes when a subsequent item makes a previous item go up more than one level at once). so an item that reaches "level 3" needs to have more than three items after it, in order to have a chance of maxxing out (i.e., if it maxxes out at level 4).
or, less technically, if an item isn't maxxed out, move it up in the activating sequence.

:I saw this at a bad time. When I was in the IT room in school. I literally jumped out of my seat going "AAAHATATATATATA!" (Which I do often when surprised in a good way). I wish the school computers had Flash so I could play it now rather than later...
