How Safe Is Your House?

In "How Safe Is Your House?" you have to escape the house, but the door is open - simple! You don't even need to kick the door down! Just the sort of simple game I need first thing in the morning. It's not quite that simple though as this game is trying to teach you how to secure your house, so you'll need to point'n'click the window shut, hide your cash, blah, blah, blah. As the game goes on there are more and more things to secure on each new level, it's still very simple though, just remember closing the door is the last thing you do each time. The time limit only really started to catch me out towards the end of the game and I think that's only because I'm feeling a little slow this morning [subbed by feeder].

What is that item hanging by the door on the hooks (think this is level 3 or 4). I think it sounds like a dog barking (I'm playing music at the same time, so not sure what the sound is), but there is no drawer opening and so not sure what I am to do what that item. Any hints?

SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)

Drawer: Money, Moblie Phone, Keys, PSP,
Cupboard: Gameboy, Camera
MISC: Close window, Close curtains, lock window, Put Window Locker on window, Insert Burgular Alarm number(Random)
All of these will be available in the last level, some items will appear after every level.
