Go to the top-right corner of the garden, use the flower on the volcano, get the third diamond, then use the torch on the bush in the top middle part of the garden.

:oh, and for the winding gardens...i drew a map and it helped a ton... it's a grid, so it's not too tough.

the bush to burn is the small slightly out of place looking one in the area 2nd from the left, as far back as you can go
