cake is under inventory panel, balloons i think were under red panel, which you have to unscrew with the screwdriver that is located under a floorboard on the lower left corner...light brown second board from lower left corner. you have to tab spongebob to get the fourth screw from the red panel

i've tried feeding the cake and giving the balloons to spongebob, can't make him go away... any idea what the little button is under the red panel? i think the button is actually under the green panel. i think it's a red button.
