ok my very first walkthrough

click the rock to the right of the stone tipiti was sitting on at the beginning of the level.

click in the stream below the plank tipiti is next too.

click on the moss directly opposite the cake.

this bit needs timing - click the bridge, it will collapse, as the planks drift down the stream you need to position your pointer in the stream just below tipiti. You'll find a place to click and save a plank - it will turn into a bridge to the cake.

pick up the cake, wait for wogger to sit and place it on the floor to the right of him.
