Submachine 4: The Lab

Hot out of my inbox, so much so I've barely had time to open it, is news of Submachine 4: The Lab, from murtaugh, creator of the Submachine Series. Already I can see the sights and sounds are amazing, and I'm sure once we get into it, the point'n'click puzzles are going to be a killer once again. Now, excuse me, I need to go play, I suggest you join me, and in the meantime I'll leave you with murtaugh's game description:

"Submachine. The game in which with every puzzle solved, every chapter finished you fall deeper and deeper into mystery. Fourth chapter takes us to the heart of the submachine, the place where all questions will be finally answered. Or were finally answered. Once again it's time to ask youself - is it possible that you're too late? "

Argh! Does anyone else have this problem? Sometimes I'll pick something up from my inventory, then realise it's the wrong thing to use, but I'm then unable to put it back or do anything else except quit the game. : (

Tek, there is a secret in the ancient location behind some crumbled stone. Use the hammer to get it. The last secret is in the rooms you reach after you completed the game.

Ah yes, one more secret in the four stone thingy after you pushed all the bells and lifted all the stones.

Anybody know if you can open the grates right next to the portal in the lab? You can finish the game without that but I wonder if it's possible.

after you've found all the secrets, there's a tube with a lock on it. I've tried all the items left in my inventory, but nothing happened. Is there anything there?

You should spoiler that Xiq.

I got 13 of 14 pages & 19 secrets so far. So very very close. And I'm using no walkthrough or hints. This is my first time in this comments thread. This Sub is fairly easy compared to older Subs. But I enjoy it a lot. Excellent design...again. :o) And great ambiance/music!

Help With Adding Comments:
SPOILERS/HINTS: Use the special <spoiler>, or <hint>, tags by wrapping them around your comment if you want to provide help in games comment threads. 'Wrap a tag' around your comment by placing one tag in front of your comment, and one tag after. See the examples below:
  • Just type a regular comment.
  • <spoiler>Wrap spoilers for games in spoiler tags</spoiler>.
  • <hint>Wrap hints for games in hint tags</hint>.
If you are still stuck, try copying and pasting one of the examples above into the comment box, or use the hint & spoiler buttons.

AVATARS/GRAVATARS: Comments now support Gravatars if you would like to use your own user avatar/picture/icon on your comments. Simply enter the email address from your Gravatar account in the email field when adding your comment if you would like to use this feature. This is purely optional though, and you do not need an Avatar, or a Gravatar account, to use the comments. Note that if you enter your email address in the email field, but it's not associated with a Gravatar account a default avatar image will be used.
