i think there is a way to combine the numbers to make a smaller number-a code for the machine?

Both are binary numbers. Convert them to decimal then add them!

Select it, click the "about item" button then drag the rope onto the big magnet. Now you can use it on the pin.

combined the rope and the magnet. i got the tack. i replaced the tack. i got a new message in japanese(which is now gone). and i don't know what to do with the laser thingy.

The laser thingy was only for the coin. After reading the message go to the door and click it. Now you can use the magnet there (approx. where the handle should be). That's it!
