Escape The Computer Room
It comes as no surprise to see a computer in an "escape the room" game, they must be the second most common featured item after the wastepaper basket (curiously missing from this game), but it's especially unsurprising when the name of the game is Escape The Computer Room [subbed by Mystery].

Once you decode the "sentence" on the flag picture, you go to the side of the computer, where there's another code (I wasn't sure which code you meant...you may already have done this). Decode that using the code from the flag picture and that'll be the password for the computer.

oh that wasnt too difficult!! im out!!

I can't do it. I've used the code from the picture to uncover the one on the side of the computer and put that in as the password but it doesn't work.

Niemand

Thescamp:

Hmm. Are you trying to put it in as words or numbers? It'll only fit as numbers, and make sure you have all the numbers in there. I was struggling for a long time because I'd accidentally put a space and so I wasn't ACTUALLY typing in the full password... Hope that helps.

I disagree, the table is the most commom object, followed by the dresser then the waste paper basket and then the computer- and thats just if you dont count the door-

I'll disagree with you. I would say walls are the most common, closely followed by ceilings and floors. :)

I'm feeling really dumb right about now. How do I decifer the code on the picture and the computer? And what do I use to open the closet or cuboard?

First decipher the code on the picture. It's a cryptogram, so each letter stands for a different letter (but if, for example, a=b once (I'm pretty sure it doesn't here), it will always equal b throughout the rest of the sentence). So either you can try to figure it out (what the picture is of gives a big hint), or you can google cryptogram solver and find a site that'll translate it for you. Once you do that, you use the same code to decipher the computer code.

I know that was kind of convoluted, but hopefully it helps. :)

Oh, and to anyone who was wondering the same thing as me (how to get the projector screen down):

SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
There's a stick behind the bookshelf. It's that funny little line that's sticking out of the side. Use that.

:)

Niemand, have you worked out how to pull down the projector screen yet? If not...

How do you get the projector to work? :(

OK, this old lady gives up! I googled the code on the photo and puter. I see no connection between the two. Nor have any idea what code to type in the puter. So just shoot me now and put me out of my misery!

@ Dreamspinnergal (and anyone else still stuck with the code in the corner of the picture)
In the scrambled message in the corner of the painting, each letter obviously represents another. How many words can you start a sentence with that have ony one letter? I can only think of 1 ;)
SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
I

Now go through and see if you can work out what the other letters are. As mentioned before, the children in the picture might be saying this phrase...
Once you have cracked the code, look at the message on the side of the computer screen. You then need to use the same code as on the picture of the American kids to decipher the 2nd message. You won't have all the letters so some of it is guesswork. Once you have the 2nd message, enter it into the computer! Hope that helps!!
I could post a spoiler of the code if you really want but that spoils all the fun ;)

Wow, there was some tension back there. We haven't had comment rage in ages! Last I recall was the time when someone pretended to be multiple people to defend their incompetence. That was damn hilarious. Ah, it still makes me giggle.
Anyway, I suck at this game.
