Bird's Eye View Escape
Bird's Eye View Escape gives us a new perspective (literally) on the traditional escape the room game. Zooming in and out of the room from above is a bit weird at first, but makes for a nice innovation once you get used to it, and even though seeing everything "in plan" sounds like it might not look that good, the graphics are actually quite appealing as well [subbed by stacy in cleveland, Crymoon & Mantari].

the note in Japanese has the words jumbled up. look carefully at the
SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
blue image on the wall where the door was and notice that the number of letters in each word of the note corrrespond to the different lines in the image.

Also notice
SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
the letters with the "symbols and the L shapes on the image should match up.

Then
SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
match the characters/numbers from the poster to the letters in the note and write them down in the order they appear. Enter this number into the keypad by the door.

The number is

.
This will
SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
open the closet next to the bathroom door and allow you to get the step ladder.

Sounds like a clue, but I haven't figured that part out yet.

It looks like we should be able to attach the rope ladder to the pegs on the wall...but I can't figure out how.

trap door open but stuck!! Can't use rope ladder!
I think you need a knob for the wall to hang it!

i wish we could find compound b so we could (probably) combine them and melt the coin to make a key from the mold etc. that is my bet at least.

I think you are right!
According to the note under the bed ...If you close all doors and drawers and make the bed a note appears in the red box by the TV it also looks like if you open everything something will appear!!
I'm trying everything!!

How do you use the rope ladder to get the key on the top of the shelf? Can't see to attach it to anything.

Comment 76, Thursday, March 13th 2008 04:02:34 PM

Pete

:
you dont use the *rope* one for that.

Comment 77, Thursday, March 13th 2008 04:04:06 PM

Hmm, can't figure that one out. Tried using that shoehorn thing, but that didn't do much.

Comment 78, Thursday, March 13th 2008 04:06:29 PM

OK all doors and drawers must be closed for first note plus the bed made

Comment 79, Thursday, March 13th 2008 04:07:28 PM

Pete

:
It is impossible to open all drawers unless you can get rid of the chair.

Comment 80, Thursday, March 13th 2008 04:10:33 PM

Nyradel

:
Second way to get note. I think its second part.
Have bed made.
Open Drawer where you got 2nd part of mold.
Open bottom 2 drawers of dresser with chest.
Put Drawer that had mold back in.
Open Chest. See note.
Looks like second part of note.

Comment 81, Thursday, March 13th 2008 04:10:44 PM

Ugh, so I looked at another site and apparently there is a bug where you have to do the open everything thing BEFORE the trapdoor gets opened. ugh. People had to restart but it worked fine then.

How, by using the blue box grid, the note of characters, and the poster above the computer do you figure out what order to put the 5 numbers in. I don't want just the answer, but how to get there.

I like this game but it's way difficult! I found some things but wouldn't be as far as I am without using all the hints. Now stuck with trap door open.

I would love it if someone would post a walkthrough!

Jac, explain to me how you got the 5 number combination for by the door. I know what it is, I just want to know how you get it.

Note patterns, wavy number, square number, star number (planetarium), and circle number(flip coin over), then use Plus sign as plus, and x as multiply

Hardly a spoiler.. you'll need this info:

SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
... followed some clues off the other site given earlier... all doors drawers etc open at the end... switch out the underbed ones... and a knob appears in the red box.

Hope that helps.
