I'm a bit stuck now, here:

SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
The last thing I did was opening the middle drawer. Found a picture there, but I don't know yet where to use it.

I took down the blue/grey box, but I haven't found out yet how to open it. I suspect it may have something to do with the text on the banner on the wall, because it also has a 2*6 format. I hope we're not supposed to be able to read the Chinese/Japanese characters, because I don't understand them.

And I wonder whether the text on the buttons under the hatch in the floor contain any important information. I don't know what they say either.

There is a hint for the slider puzzle:

SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
Turn off the light
SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
Go to the view with the table
SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
Click on the markings right of the table

It means:

SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
You have to connect the dot with the arrow, and use all pieces

Or the easy way:

SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
Go to the upper right corner, then to the upper left corner, 1 down, 1 right, 1 down, 1 left

I understand the goal - connecting the dot and arrow and using all pieces, but I just can't seem to get there. Sorry, I must just be thick, but I don't understand your 'easy way'. I'll try more in the morning...

Slider puzzle:
SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
Starting from the dot, the line goes 2 up, 2 left, 1 down, 1 right, 1 down, 1 left (the last piece is the arrow). I'm sorry, but I'm not that good at explaining how to get your pieces into that position...

I have a question I was using your walkthrough and at the spot where you have to raise the shelf to get the code I put it in but after I raised the shelf to the right of the door I can not read the code so my question is how did you get close enough to it so that you can read it. I tried clicking all over around the code I even tried zooming the page in but all it shows are squares I tried looking at it with the lights off but nothing has worked.

Comment 17, Thursday, May 7th 2009 11:24:53 PM

Nymphaea

:
@Myuhinny:

I did not zoom in. I could just read it from the room view. There are four characters there. Maybe it helps to first have a look at the place where it has to be entered. Then you know what the options are, so it may be easier to decipher what it says.

I'm with you Myuhinny,

SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)

I have looked at the green box but when I look at the code on the wall they only look like vertical lines I have even tried using combo's with the lights off and using the color coded lines but that didn't work either. I have all ready been trying to put codes into the green box yesterday but nothing is working.

SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
To me, the code looks like Japanese characters, just like the characters on the green box. I don't know why it doesn't look like that for you. Maybe you need to install some Japanese font first, before you can read it? Too bad the code changes with every game, so I can't tell which one it is for you....

You were absolutely correct. I went to 'Help' on my firefox window and typed in 'Japanese Font'. It led me straight to an article that told me how to install the language support.
