Whilst St.12 might not be the most exciting game (or game name) in the world, especially for a Friday which deserves a little better, it is at least presented largely in shades of gray which is always supremely exciting. Wait, hold on a minute... [subbed by zodiac].

At first I too only had a blue sphere. But when you are in the view with the bin/paperbucket (sorry my english isn't that good) in the upperleft corner there's a stick.

Oof! Sorry I'm so bad at that! Here's something more normal for a walkthrough. I don't know how to delete that foolish first attempt.

SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)

Go left, look in wastebasket.
Take blue sphere.
Take rod from upper right corner.
Return to door scene to right.
Use rod to flip switch in upper left.
Return to desk, to left.
Globe is lit now. Examine rod. Remove pushpin.
Silver sphere on desktop has a map of Italy: use pushpin on Italy on globe.
Numbers are revealed on paper.
Go left to look at TV table. Clue to number order is there: red (strawberries), green (triangle on TV), orange, then blue (glasses beside TV).
Follow color order to enter numbers on keypad to right of desk. (7531)
This opens thingy under couch. Go there, take key.
Go back to door scene, use key on cabinet in lower right.
Take complicated silvery alien objet d'thingy.
Examine it, put blue sphere in it.
Zoom in to matching shape to right of door. Insert silver-sphere combo thing.
Back out. Go thru door.
GOOD END. :-)
