the combined colors in the square make the colors outside of the square. You have to find the numbers that when added equal the numbers on the outside.

Seriously, do your research on the home (including crime stats, comparative real estate analyses, and flood zone predictions). There's a lot more, but that can wait for another day. Most importantly, don't hesitate to walk away from a 'deal' if something doesn't smell right. Better postponing a goal than spending the next decade in court trying to recoup your losses.
