It's easy to NOT click everything after you've solved a clue - meaning you either miss out on newly uncovered clues or cannot proceed at all... so always click everywhere after you've solved something!!!
To get cover off:

When you examine everything, are there any lines of three anywhere?- something where it's obvious there are three positions. Semi spoiler: you have a combination of 9 buttons

Blue strip to the RIGHT (clicking it gets to the 4x2 row of buttons):

Look around ALL over, like the bottom for example... See a row of 4x2 anywhere? Orientation is important here...

A bit confusing as it looks like a 5x2... so I'm only talking about the dots that CAN be turned on/ off where:

It's a combination lock, 5 turns, you just need to know how far... maybe in degrees?!

the white and grey arrow on the other side tell you the direction and the colour of the numbers tell you how far and what order

For the circle square triangle:

You will now have uncovered three shapes with corresponding numbers with them (they change for everyone) and you have an order of the shapes... why are they shaded in halves?

The halves of the shapes tell you which bit of the number to use. So lets say the square was the number 123456 and looking at the combination down the bottom, the SECOND half of the square was shaded - this would tell you to use the second half of the number (456)
For the blue strip to the LEFT - i.e. the 3x3 grid:

There are TWO clues for this, one 3x3 grid with a direction you have to click and another telling you which order to click them

Put the letters you see in order, like dominoes so matching edges 'touch' SX-XY-YG so the middle three from top to bottom go first, then the left three then the right three:

For KEY 2:

ottssf... looks like a sequence... but of what? Hint 2: notice it doesn't stop at 10... it stops at 12... What else stops at 12?

The arrows tell you the order of the sequence (ottffss...= One Two Three Four...) and again the white/ grey tells you the direction
so think of it like a clock It starts at 12 and finishes at 2 (two turns clockwise) then to 11 (three turns anti), then back to 0
so... 2 clicks clockwise, 3 clicks anticlockwise, then 1 click clockwise to 0... then click once more clockwise to unlock
