I'm stuck...

SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)

I have dusted the gun, the shells, and the necklace. My progress is at 2/8.

I've been back to look at the three houses, but nothing seems to have changed. What do I do from here

No clue -- stuck at the same place. Look at the reports and open up the Golden Doll location, but can't do much there, either.

Cristi:

You have to:

SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
Move the evidence on the leads board. Match the owner's name and address with the photo of his property. Drag the note page with the name over to the photo.

Ah, haha P.O.P

SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)

I hadn't gotten the reports.

You need to combine reports on the leads wall to open up Burt Wilco's house.

Finished!

Nice game! Simple once you have figured out how it works; perhaps a small tutorial or narration would have helped (i.e. My reports will show up here in a little while).

I found it a little time consuming that you had to leave and come back before things would change.

But aside from those things, I really ejoyed the game.

Another instant classic from the master. Took me about an hour to finish. I didnt't realize you could pin the evidence together to adnavce, so that took a while to figure out. A small tutorial on that would be nice.

OK, I am not very good at crime games. Even with much help and peeks from a walkthrough, I failed....:(

Please tell me someone else put on GY!BE's F#A#infinity as soon as they began playing. It seems artistically heavily based on the same, beautifully-depressing, atmosphere.

As usual I love Murtaugh's work. Now to continue playing.

Seems like I played this one eons ago, but a nice game with some good artwork. Some sticky spots on the clicking of some areas (had to re-dust a couple of items to get it to work), but nothing too buggy.

As was mentioned, you have to piece the clues together in order to progress. Don't forget to check all the corners and walls! :)

a teensy little tutorial for

SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
the leads board would have been nice. how were we supposed to know to combine things?

but what i really would have wanted a tutorial for

SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
were the blood sample collection. i only knew to use the fingerprint tape on the blood samples because of reading it on here.

a little tedious to play because of that, but otherwise a good game. ending is a bit odd tho imo.

Loved the game - Agree with others that a mini-tutorial would have been helpful, but true PnC'ers are used to combining things to see what happens :)

@Anthrax - I felt the same as you and when I realised the OTHER use it was a facepalm moment!

Aaagh! Even reloading from the save facility reloads it with the same bug active - the map still doesn't work. I am stuck at the scene with the shop and the flats!

Having gone through again now I can't remember how top bring up the bank!!! Did it last time :(

Comment 38, Thursday, June 23rd 2011 02:00:08 AM

Talulah

:
I have found a walkthrough and double checked everything. I think the problem is that i fingerprinted the bank details paper before i "looked" at it - so now the bank won't come up! So i'd have to play it through a third time!!!!!!!!!!!! I just can't face that - pity. Good game otherwise but too many bugs. Maybe i'll try it again another day...
