When you're in the street next to the garage click near the upper left of the screen I think, to the house where there's a dead soldier. From what I remember, when you're outside this house click somewhere near the upper right where there's some pylons and keep clicking to take you back to the observers.

:I finished, but I feel like I didn't do everything. Why could I zoom in on Ann's well? What was I supposed to have done with the kerosene and lighter? I didn't burn anything (although I tried to burn everything). What was I supposed to do in the room with the dead soldier? What was the gun for?

:I couldn't figure out a nice way to end it...no walkthroughs that show any other better way to end it.
I'm very disappointed in the ending in this one. violent, barbaric actions. No room fore care or helping others.

I would have preferred to help her more, fortify her place, arm it to the teeth and live with her. I mean damn what other opportunity will a guy have in such a terrible state of the world? geez, Helping her in the last one only to take it all away in this one? Very pointless and inconsistent with the character you are playing. I felt I was, being forced to do it just to end the game.
as interesting as it was, due to bad plot, no alternate options and awkward movement, I give this the lowest score possible here.

@Tink, I think a lot of the items were present from the previous 2 games. I seem to remember using the gun in one of the others.

:It's cool that you get to go back to the bunker and search some things. It was a bit hard to navigate in, and some tricky things. I had to cheat a little bit.... I really like this game, it's freakin' creepy!

:@ Mordoz Cookie Lord, there is a way to finish it without hurting anyone or burning down any houses. You do not have to burn down the woman's house, but you have to help her with her turbine first.
Figure it out, it's not so hard. I will say that the area you find the replacement turbine fins is... hard to reach, it's not at all obvious that it's even an accessible area.

:I can't figure out how to get back to the Observers from the place with the old car (left my car back at the Observers without meaning to somehow...is it a glitch??)

:@ Andrea It is not a glitch, you can actually walk from the Town (where the old car is) to the Observer's Nest. It's hard to explain but I'll try.
If you click slightly to the right the house with the dead soldier in it, you go behind it to the powerlines. Follow the powerlines for a screen or two and you'll be back at the Observer's Nest.
Pay attention to where you're going, you probably did it by accident.

:I thought it was a great game until I ended up unable to finish. There is a way you can get stuck with no way possible out:

I chose the camera to take a picture, then I went to the soldier guy with the picture. He wanted me to also then burn down the girl's house. I said no. I talked to him again and he asked me again and again I said no.
Then I went back to the girl and she said to talk to Joe at the edge of town. At this point I can't talk to the boy (who I think is Joe) like I'm supposed to, can't talk to the soldier guy again to change my mind and burn down her house, can't get food from the fat store guy, and I can't burn down her house, so I can't finish in any way.

That was really annoying because I try not to cheat to finish a game, so I spent a good while thinking there was something else I could figure out to do before I finally gave in and checked and found that what I was supposed to do I couldn't anymore.
So for that I have to give the game a fail.
