Playing Kintarou is an unlikely point'n'click romp through sumo fights, and a tug 'o war; an adventure that I think is based upon the Japanese "Golden Boy" folk hero. My only advice is to be beware of the finger! *Ouch*

I think the "enema finger" derives from the grade school practice "kancho" :
