Still no luck loading it. I've refreshed the page a dozen times. The rest of the page loads fine, but the game's just blank.

@sonic:- I can still reach/play the game fine. Could be a problem with flash maybe... do other games work for you currently? Or maybe you have ad-blocking software/plugins being too keen maybe? You could try the Japanese version of the game and see if that works:

Or try a different web browser? Turn your computer off and on again? Just try later?

....er...

Not sure what else to suggest.

Alright, I got it to work. Clearing my browser cache did the trick; the first time I tried to load it I had network problems.

I think the title theme of this game refers to an anime of the same title. Would make more sense than the Simpsons' Flanders.

It seems to loosely follow that story in a very abstract way. lol

Anyway, great as usual for Minoto :)

The "prastic model" did it for me. Had a hard time finishing because I was laughing so hard. The elephant...um...undies? were a nice touch, too.

"A Dog of Flanders is an 1872 novel by English author Marie Louise de la Ramée published with her pseudonym "Ouida". It is about a Flemish boy named Nello and his dog Patrasche." -from Wikipedia

@Graeme - Oh I was pretty sure it was meant purely as an irresistible joke about that.

I was mostly telling that for general benefit. Just for those not in the know. The title struck me as odd for this particular game. but in the end it doesn't matter, it was just some nice light-hearted fun as per usual with Minoto :)

As for this episode of the Minoto series, this one ran pretty fast.

Is it me or are his games getting easier and faster?

Beach. Yes that's great research. The anime doesn't quite fit the book, either. I have read that book and forgot about it until you mentioned it. Thanks for reminding me. So perhaps it was the book instead that inspired minoto. Or both. Who knows :)

@Michael:

We aim to never give you less than 100 % ;)

Seriously though, a). I think you have commented this on a fun game which is a little unfair, but more importantly b). Only the games that are around can get posted; if you do find anything you think is good feel free to submit it for posting (see "submit a game" link in the top right of every page).
