Briilliant game! Been stuck a looonnng while on the 4 digit code. After that, the letter code was quite obvious... enfin presque :)

the 4 digit code is
HINT: (click box to highlight/fade)
vertically writen on the shelves between the windows

Not quite Bullete.

Nice game but the sound of the dice dropping made me jump out of my skin.

Very nice. Love the chill tune. I always like these games. I always appreciate being told I have no clue and stop thinking about something

TomaTea... One of the names that just won't disappoint you.

As great as we got used to from them.

Anticon,
all in all I like that feature, too - that I'm told I have no clue - but I'd be happier if I could still try if I wanted. I remember a couple of times it was possible to deduce the code without using the "official" hint, and there I was knowing how to open the lock, but had to spend a lot of time finding the unnecessary clue before I could actually get to open the damn lock :)

But that's rare.

BioLarzen,
Yes, that bugs me too, but its occurrence is far outweighed by all the time I have wasted pondering something, only to discover later that if I'd just looked in the trash can the answer would be given to me. =)

Pretty well established and nearly unanimous! What's that? Consistently brilliant stuff from Tomatea.

I was having a hell of a time getting the letters... so I set the games browser tab aside, not wanting to lose my progress (points deducted -- amenities: no save)... and while screwing around doing this and that closed my browser and lost all progress... Still! I like these game so much I came back and replayed the whole thing (nearly, cause I was nearly done, you see)... (again with that soundtrack -- I should grow tired of it; because I have long listens while having long plays; and I do turn it off... but only for a minute before I decide that I actually wasn't tired of it)

...

That letter thing was obnoxious! tricky! and... sweet!

A matter of subjectivity, of course, because if I hadn't eventually figured it out I be screaming... ;)
