Viridian Room (AKA Crimson Room 2)
I'm too darn busy to post anything, but I had to make an exception here. Take your phone off the hook and put your life on hold, the sequel to Crimson Room is here in the form of the Viridian Room. I'm only just working my way through it now, but feel free to start up a help forum in the comments to this thread as before. My one top tip so far is to peak through the keyhole to see part 1. *joy*

Update: The site doesn't seem to be up the whole time, it must be getting a lot of hits, if you can't reach the game first time around try again later.

The only thing that held me up was the key hidden on the skeleton. Couldn't see it, so just had to click and click...

Keep trying different combinations of items and you'll eventually be freed.

Not only does the bike lock combination change every day, the cards go on different places on the dice each time too...clever but frustrating if you think you've got it sorted and then have to start again for some reason...

Er...the bike lock is a lock for locking up bikes. It's around the ankles of the skeleton in this case.

lol i played the game in japanese... and i couldnt figure out the bike lock cuz i couldnt read what date it was that the bike got stolen lol well. taught myself a lesson.. know the language before you play the game in it! :)

the key is there, just click on the wrist, unless you already got it but havent realized it lol

Lisa: I'm pretty sure all you need to do to lift the trash can is examine the paper with the hair on it in your inventory first - try the walkthru linked at the top of the page if you are still having no luck.

Click on the left hand/wrist of the skeleton a couple of times to get the key - it drops on to the floor and you just need to pick it up.

Cosita: It's impossible to remove the blanket UNTIL you have collected the pill box and key from the skeleton.

Patrick: There's a load screen after the one you get to. If you are on a slow connection it's probably just a question of waiting, otherwise perhaps your flash install is trashed?

Beasor2: The link at the top of this page should get you into the Viridian Room.

Jonas: Lifting the trash can is easy, but only if you examine the paper with the hair on it in your inventory first.

Laura: The soul box can be tricky - you need to get the squares on it in the right order (using the burnt paper and pill box paper as a guide). Try the walkthru at the top of the page if you are really stuck.

You don't actually put the box at the atlar, the video will do it for you. Just put chilly beer, cd case with cd, insence burning, soul box made, and bike lock unlocked, and you will see the movie.

The key is in the left hand of the skeleton...actually it's a bit below it, there's a little spot that looks a bit off...the blanket won't lift off till you have that key
