Color Room

Well I don't understand the language in Color Room, but I'm fairly certain that the idea behind this point'n'click adventure is to escape the room. And I wouldn't be surprised if the little coloured bits of card hidden all over the room are something to do with the method of escape [subbed by nicop, helanren, winniethepooh, ana & moses45].

SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
the only 4 means that there are only four numbers for the code box by the door, the other things are telling your what the 4 numbers are, so the 4th number of the code is 9 and so on =]

SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
Pick up the card you see on the floor while facing the door.
Turn right.
While facing the big bookshelf click on each one of the shelves. You will find some things there. Pick up everything you can (two red triangles,a red card and a paper that says only four which means that the password for the door has only four digits).
Turn right.
While facing the bed click on the pillows and pick up the black card.
Click above the bed. You will see a key which you can't pick up. Later on you will come back.
Return to your previous view and click towards the ceiling. Inside the lamps there is a red square. Pick it up.
Click down and then right.
You're now facing a window. Take the red triangle that can be seen behind the curtain. Click on the corner of the rug and pick up the green card. Return to your previous view and turn right.
While facing the desk take the red "square" and the piece of paper with the dashes and the stars. Open the top and the middle drawer and take the blue and the yellow card, the hook and a turqoise and a yellow book. Then return to your previous view. While facing the desk again click below the drawers to find a key!
With the key you have found you can open the bottom drawer and get a screwdriver.
The books should go with the books. Ain't that right? So zoom in on the books on the desk, click on the yellow or the turqoise book in your inventory and then on the row of books. The two books have been placed next to the others. Read the top line horizontally and do what it says (turn on lamp) Once you've done it a key will fall on the floor. Pick it up and use it on the bedside drawer. From there you will get a plaque.
Remember the key you saw but couldn't reach? Use the hook and the key will be yours. With this key open the left drawer of the big bookcase. From there you will get a key to open the right drawer and another red triangle. From the right drawer you get the pliers and the last red piece.
By now you have all the items and all you have to do is solve four "puzzles".
Use the piece of paper with the dashes and stars to decode the row that is written below. The capital letters spell "FIRST" and the lowercase letters "two" (first=two).
Place the five coloured cards on the plaque you got from the bedside drawer. If you place them correctly and push the button the words "second" and "four" will appear (second=four).
Turn to view the big bookshelf. Click on a spot left from the right middle shelf and a plaque with four screws will come up. Unscrew them with the screwdriver, break the bars with the pliers and voila the third number! (third=one)
Place the red pieces in the white square you can see while facing the big bookshelf and get the last number (fourth=nine)

Help With Adding Comments:
SPOILERS/HINTS: Use the special <spoiler>, or <hint>, tags by wrapping them around your comment if you want to provide help in games comment threads. 'Wrap a tag' around your comment by placing one tag in front of your comment, and one tag after. See the examples below:
  • Just type a regular comment.
  • <spoiler>Wrap spoilers for games in spoiler tags</spoiler>.
  • <hint>Wrap hints for games in hint tags</hint>.
If you are still stuck, try copying and pasting one of the examples above into the comment box, or use the hint & spoiler buttons.

AVATARS/GRAVATARS: Comments now support Gravatars if you would like to use your own user avatar/picture/icon on your comments. Simply enter the email address from your Gravatar account in the email field when adding your comment if you would like to use this feature. This is purely optional though, and you do not need an Avatar, or a Gravatar account, to use the comments. Note that if you enter your email address in the email field, but it's not associated with a Gravatar account a default avatar image will be used.
