The goal of Escape The Health Centre should be pretty self explanatory (you're going to struggle with the game if it's not), but be warned - this point'n'click game has a time limit, nurse is coming back to check on you in 5 minutes so you better hurry... Be back in your room when your 5 minutes are up. But the nurse will give you less time now: only 4 minutes... but it's doable.. (especially with a little help from the walkthrough ;-) )

:The version some of you have played without the time limit, is not actually an official version.
The game is meant to be played with a time limit, but someone has taken the game and decompiled it themselves and removed the time limit.
IMO, this is fine if it's your own game which you created..but to do it to someone elses game, without their knowledge or permission, isn't right IMO ;o)

nurse is in the doorway, telling you you're screwed if you're not in the room after 5 minutes. When she leaves:
pick up PATIENT DISCHARGE NOTE on desk, turn so you are facing the bed, pick up (click on) pillow, grab KEY
you can open up broom door, click on knob, you can flush toilet but it leaks
exit go straight across to room 2
the steel support bars underneath the mattress, under where the pillow is, will be a WRENCH hidden. pick it up.
exit the room, you will be facing your room, room 1. take a right so you are facing a short expanse of hallway with a blue-windowed door at the end. click on the desk beneath the lamp. click on the drawer to open it and grab a purple LIGHT BULB. Now click the handle of the blue-windowed door. The stairway takes you to the floor below - the nurses’ floor. A chair is sitting right in front of you, against the right wall. Look underneath it to find the ID CARD. Get it. You can’t go further or else the nurse will get you. If you push your luck, you won’t get the warning - just an evil nurse in your face, meaning you’re done. So just go back upstairs.
do a 180 so you’re looking down the longer expanse of the hallway. on the cart on the right side, you’ll see a glass jar with a blue label sitting on top. It is CORROSIVE ACID. pick it up.
Click down the expanse of hallway and you’ll have zoomed in, or walked further down it. Now there’s two sets of sliding doors on either side, another desk with a lamp in the far corner, a wooden door at the end, and an opening just before the wooden door on the right, taking you into a small alcove (you can see light on the floor where it is) with yet another wooden door. There is also a safe on the wall above the chair on the left, but it is locked with a three-digit combination. Both wooden doors are also locked. So click the drawer of the desk twice to open it to reveal a PLUMBER’S NOTICE.
When you click out you are backing up, so when you are facing the hallway again, click on the second door from you among the sliding doors on the left, so the view will change so you are facing this door. You’re going to have to click the handle and drag the door to the right to slide it open. When done, pick up the BATTERY on the bottom shelf. Next to the lefternmost stack of white towels on the top shelf for a scrap of paper. It’s a NUMBER.
Back up from this hallway so you’re now facing its long expanse and the med cart. now click the rightside doorway just before the cart, your room. Go in. Face the mult-bulbed lamp and click the plug to power it up. You should hear a sparking, or bad connection. Click your light bulb and it will follow your cursor over to the rightmost lamp globe and click on it to turn it on. The ray from the light will show an X on the floor. Click and drag your corrosive acid to the X.
A hole in the floor will reveal a goody. pick it up. a scrap of paper. It is another NUMBER.
Turn to the bathroom and enter. On the piping above where the liquid leaks out, there is a screw. Use your wrench to turn it, and flush the toilet, causing enough liquid will leak to burn away the floor. Within this new hole is a red CHEST.
Now use your gold key to open the red chest. Inside is your third NUMBER. Leave this room and go down the hallway to the safe.
If you’ve been following this to a tee, then by now you should be getting mighty close to the end of your time limit. I say if you’re under a minute, go to, or stay, in your room until that evil looking nurse returns. If you’re out of the room by the time your timer runs out, you’re screwed.
When she comes, she’ll say there’s something is sketchy about you. Whatever.
Click on the blue combo lock and click the numbers until they match your notes (each numer should automatically be in its proper place when you click on them in your inventory to check what numbers they are)
Now the lock drops, the door opens, and you may jump down the metal chasm.
You are now in a secret, underground lab facility. You will start out facing a cart. Pick up the orange SODIUM dish, and the LIGHTER behind the metal bin, both on the shelf. Turn. Pick up the WATER jar on the shelf to your right. Now click the storage dresser. Open the right hand door and pick up the glass beaker with the purple PERCHLORIDE in it. Back up.
Now return to the first shelf. That dish on the top shelf? It says you can mix things here. Place the water first. Next, add the sodium. Finally, the perchloride. These will cause a bad reaction and explode the beaker, causing a SILVER KEY to fall out. Pick it up.
On the wall next to the storage dresser is what looks like a black string. Use your lighter to light it up, as it is a fuse. A doorway will melt away from the wall, and you may now exit to the main hallway.
Go to the wooden door located in the alcove. Use silver key and a staircase will now lead you downstairs.
This is the other side of the nurses’ hallway you were at earlier. Click the second sliding door on your left. Do like with the first one, and pick up the DRILL in the wooden box on the bottom shelf. You’ll see light emanating from the hall past these doors on the left. Go there, and you’ll see an Exit door. Of course, it won’t open. But on the coat rack to your right is a set of keys. Click them, and a single GREEN KEY will fall. Get it.
Mind your time.
Now you can’t go forward, or else that devil nurse will get you. Along the right-hand wall, though, you can click to find an elevator. It has a slot for a card. So use the ID card and press the lower button. You can’t go up, so take it down.
Get out of the elevator, and you’ll have some new tunes. Click on the light, pick up the large hammer. Notice the hole in the left wall? Use the green key on it. A sort of metallic multi-spotlight will emerge. The hammer won’t do the trick, since the wall is too strong. So you must combine the drill with the battery (drag one onto the other and a red X will appear, signaling your ability to combine the objects) and use it to drill a hole for each spotlight. When done, then you use your hammer.
A hole will appear, large enough for you to escape. Congrats.
