I covered my listening for the week early by pre-emptively doing Musical Friday on Tuesday, but that still leaves me with loads of stuff some of you have kindly sent in. I can't include it all, but here are a few to tickle your eardrums...
First up is Cillian Foster, submitting himself, and why not, a little self promotion never hurt anyone. Based in Ireland Cillian's music has a great acoustic sound I'm happy to say as that's exactly my kind of bag (baby):
Next up Char send news from down under (loving the international flavour this week) about singer Gotye who's song "Heart's A Mess" comes complete with a bizarre video (love it, and the song):
And finally, most weeks someone sends me in something ridiculous for this feature and this week Naomi does the honours with Potter Puppet Pals in "The Mysterious Ticking Noise" where the worlds of puppets, hip-hop and Harry Potter collide... OMG, anyway:

When the last Harry Potter book came out, I went to one of those bookstore-sponsored release parties with a few friends, and at random moments, over half the store would break out in that song! I had NO clue where it came from until now! It's hilarious! Thanks for that, haha.

btw we americans can no longer clap in time because we have abused our slapping capabilities on the Jerry Springer show. a physical therapy program is in it's experimental stages, in which those affected with misfired clapping are sent to join a very enthusiastic evanjelical choir. I'm doing well. I have only slapped myself, while trying to clap, three time this week. At least my affliction gives me a youthful and rosey complexion.

As a long time Pottr Puppet Pals fan it elates me to see them being recognized on this site. My chums and I can do a very nice rendition of this one when we feel musical. The looks one gets as they march around the grocery store going "Snape, Snape, Severus Snape, DUMBLEDORE" are quite comical.
