The 3 layered grids make an arrow for each color. Put the block on the square that the arrow is pointing to (not one that is colored in the grid).

The place where you need to put the correct color for each location is shown on the board. Each color on the board (three of the same color) forms a arrow and points to the place where you have to put the right color on it.
