When you inherit the Route 401 Motel your path to surefire motel riches is thwarted by a family of customers who loved the place so much they overstayed their welcome. Your job in this game is to evict your unwelcome guests, make a going concern of your run down fleapit and to then finally expand a chain of cheap motels across the country to become a celebrity motel mogul [subbed by Mousecity & Awkwardo].
