Submachine 2 - The Lighthouse
Remember the point'n'click game "Submachine"? Well if you do you'll be pleased to hear that the sequel, Submachine 2 - The Lighthouse, is here, if you don't then play the original now before continuing so you're not missing out. I'll hand over to game creator murtaugh for a full description of "The Lighthouse":

A sequel to the world's famous point'n'click Submachine game, that grabbed minds of millions of people. I received a huge feedback from all around the world, most of demands stated to make the second game bigger with harder puzzles. So here it is, while the first game had 20 rooms, this one has a total of 98 unique rooms, and the puzzles are a lot tougher, but that's just my subjective opinion, since I can't really tell if they are or not. Important notice: this game has NO dead ends, you cannot get to the point of no return, where the only option is to reset the game. No such thing in The Lighthouse. Hope you'll enjoy this game as much as I enjoyed making it, and sure enough, submachine3 is under construction as we speak, so expect more. Flash Plugin 8 required to play this game.

Thanks murtaugh, and good luck everybody.

any hints for the top left puzzle or the one that glows neon green? or where the light bulb is? do you mean the fuse?

Comment 62, Wednesday, June 14th 2006 12:18:00 AM

Amanda

:
Arg! Thanks, Robert. I was all along those lines, but didn't click until you said it :)

Amanda

:

Kate

:
theres an e, so i was thinking

SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
e=mc2, and the e is there, so i tried 6212 to represent m and e, but nothing. am i close?
.

Comment 65, Wednesday, June 14th 2006 12:21:00 AM

Robert

:
Kate, The top left puzzle is the number puzzle- look at my hint to Amanda. As for the green puzzle,

HINT: (click box to highlight/fade)
the solution is found on a depiction somewhere else in the house. The reward is the light bulb.

Comment 68, Wednesday, June 14th 2006 12:22:00 AM

Boo

:
ok soooo stuck now..i cant find the switch for the fork!!

SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
the neon green one..the answer is on the picture of the lighthouse

Comment 69, Wednesday, June 14th 2006 12:22:00 AM

Robert

:
Kate, answer ahead.

SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
2 is for squared, so, using my numbers,

c (3)xc (3) = 9,

9x m(619) =5571,

Comment 70, Wednesday, June 14th 2006 12:23:00 AM

Robert

:
Boo, the switch for the fork is obvious, once you get to it.

Have you found and used the switch from the tunnels?

Comment 71, Wednesday, June 14th 2006 12:24:00 AM

Amanda

:
Robert, I had a different answer:

SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)

e = mc squared

my m was 843

and my c was 3

so my final (working) answer was 7587

Comment 72, Wednesday, June 14th 2006 12:24:00 AM

Killer

:
so what do you do with the coils and the fuse?

Comment 73, Wednesday, June 14th 2006 12:26:00 AM

Killer

:
and the ID card?

Comment 74, Wednesday, June 14th 2006 12:27:00 AM

Glinda

:
The code for the number puzzle on the left side of the tower is

SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
4959. All you do is take what "m" equals from the diary 2 letter, and then on the big electrical box, it says c=3. Take those numbers and put it in the equation e=mc'squared'. 551*(3^2)=4959.
.

Comment 75, Wednesday, June 14th 2006 12:27:00 AM

Robert

:
Killer,

SPOILER: (click box to reveal/hide)
the fuse is used in a slot at the top of level.

I have to clue for the coils, and it feels like I've stuck 'em everywhere.

one glitch in the game--i think. the picture where the lighthouse is, next to the pamphlet stand? keep clicking in and out of the picture, and a secret will appear every time in the upper left hand side of the picture frame.
