:pete, level 5 is simply a question of substitution...you don't have to reorganize the letters at all, just sub the letters to decode it...

I came up with letters ACEGB. Can't seem to make a word with that. I also noticed that the puzzle lists a C string...I think it should be another E string? Is this significant?

I have googled the following terms together: beverage, carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, potassium. Also tried those with recipe and/or ingredients. I tried all the major soft drinks. Tried Gatorade. I tried converting the elements into their symbols (C,H,O,K) to see if that would yield some word, but apparently not.
Hint, please?
