Tucoga's Room 2

Tucoga's Room 2, as the name might suggest to those of you that are feeling particularly alert this morning, is the sequel to Tucoga's Room, and gives us some more rather fine Brazilian escape the room gaming. As usual you have to use your point'n'click skills to gather and use items in order to escape. As a rather nice touch you can also set the game language to English (or Portuguese) using the PC on the desk in the game [subbed by Mystery, She-Nomad, Cruzinn, winniethepooh & handyrman].

Floor - to have the possibility of using the paper - you need a special key first and to get it you must assemble the cube and use it.

It's time for a Walkthrough

1) Turn on the lights
2) cushions up - pick up a key and a battery. Move the cushions up and down a few times - turn right.
3) Under the sofa - another key, near the table leg - yellow tile, behind the shelves orange tile (click between sofa and shelves), on the the shelves - cone, wire and remote.
4) turn right - click over the stereo to find a key - right row of CD, pale green one -> CD, on the shelf - blue book ->Cd, pale blue book -> blue tile.
5) turn right - in the corner near the bath room move carpet - green tile. In the corner of the ceiling, on the wall with the gray painting - click to find a battery.
6) we have 3 keys open right door under the shelves ->hammer, left under TV - carpet knife and CD, left Bathroom door lightbulb.
7) in the left bathroom door search for a key. (on the level with right door handle, where the right side and the back meet.) use it to open the right door.
8) take paper
9) behind the bin - next key.
10) use hammer on mirror, click right bottom corner of the painting -> cd
11) use hammer on a wall tile (1 up 1 left from the button) - red tile
12) Look in toilet - last key.
13) use the keys to open right TV door - scotch tape, left door under shelves gray cube.
14) turn lights off - look at paper - 3 digit number - note it as it changes with each game. Go to toilet and look into it - another number.
15) go to the little lamp - use knife on cone then cone on lamp with bulb and wire - turn it on. Look at the ceiling - press button. Lights on again.
16) go to room from part one (brown door behind the gray picture) note the order of colors on the painting - go back to the main room look over sofa. Click colors in the same order.
17)put batteries into remote - use it on tv - first the paper number -> safe code, then the other one - leave it for later.
18) open safe with the code - white tile.
19) put all tiles on the gray one. Lights off.
20) look at table and place the cube. take key open the door near the sofa - DO NOT GO OUT.
21) use scotch with paper on the opened door, use knife on the paper, then (but only then) use paper on TV with the code from toilet.
22) note the black and green dots, lights on,
24) go back to room from part 1 there should be the cube again take it. go to computer
23) Look at keyboard (capslock, numlock and scroll lock (which is slightly out of place) turn the green lights on it. Make them shine like those from tv. After each combination press enter on the in-game keyboard.
25) if everything went ok, 6 new tiles appeared.
26) orange - where the second battery was; white - in toilet close up - top part (may be under the inventory); blue, near table to the left of sofa; green - on plant in the main room; yellow - use knife on the right sofa cushion; red - on the picture of buildings.
27) put them on the cube. Use the cube and get a key. Use it on the trapdoor.

Voile - 100% success.

I can't find the key under the sofa.
Where do I have to click?
Comment 77, Tuesday, August 28th 2007 01:42:57 PM

Comment By Micprop
Calvin there are two keys in the sofa. One under the cushion at the back of the sofa in the lining, another, in the last cushion after you use the carpet cutter. But before you access that one, after you cut it, you need to play around with the cushions a bit and the key will fall out and lodge itself under the sofa where you can get it.

Calvin if you flushed the toilet then you won't be able to get the key. The key is supposed to be in the rim of the toliet. You may have to restart if you flushed.

well I just found a glitch that ruined the whole game for me. Don't close your inventory bar, because when you reopen it, all of the items are in it. Every key, every rubix cube side, all of it.

Yes. I had the same problem before.
Found the walltile to smash. 1 left and 1 up from flushingbutton. (sorry read it wrong all the time).
Now I'm at the point where Micprop was with the scotchpaper on the opened door. Any help?

Calvin...I found out that you DON'T have to get the paper stuck to the door. If you turn off the lights and LOOK at the open door you can see an imprint there with dots. What I did, I passed my paper onto the door and turned on the lights then Viola! I found the same dots miraculously appearing on the paper. Then you use the box cutter on the paper and you get holes...place on Tv, input the toliet code and then you can follow Crymoons walkthrough. It should be pretty easy from there.

Sorry I typed this info I always have probs making spoilers. Good luck!

And @ Hey:

One battery is on the sofa, the second one is stuck on the corner of the ceiling and wall above the strange grey painting.

But I believe this has been explained quite clearly is several other comments.. Overlooked then, or just didn't look?
