LEFT ROOM; 1)Open the right shutter of glass cupboard and take MICROSCOPE. Select microscope, click on "item info", see microscope in detail, click on microscope and take LENSE. 2)View 2 big tubes on each side and a screen in the middle.Click on the left bottom side of the right tube. Zoom in by clicking. Select the lense and click on the shadow on the left of wall. You'll see a number, note it, you can't view the number again. The number you see is the mirror effect view. Number is different for each player and for each time you play. When you see the number on screen, get a real mirror, view your own computer's screen with a real mirror and get the code. If number you see on computer is 2501, then the code for toolbox is 1025 (remember the reverse writings on ambulance, you can read them by using rear-mirror of your car).

LEFT ROOM; View two big tubes on each side and a screen in the middle. Click on the left side of the left tube. Take a grey KEY. Open the left below part of the glass cupboard with the grey key and take the WOODEN BOX.
To OPEN wooden BOX:

LEFT ROOM; First send the wooden box and then pliers (you take pliers when you open blue toolbox after entering the code by using lense of microscope) from left room into right one by lift. RIGHT ROOM; you need screwdriver (you get screwdriver from right shelf, on top left of books) and pliers to open the box. View box in detail, select screwdriwer, click without stopping on the box by following line on top of it from left to right (if you're click on the right spot, your cursor turns into "hand" shape), then all items go back into inventory. Do the same with pliers and then again with screwdriver. (it's like continuously clicking on the can opener to open can by following opening sign.) When upper part of wooden box is removed, take nails on corners by using screwdriver. Then you get a DEVICE. (It's bottom part of green energy cell, in left room) Send the device from right room into left one by lift.

:those of you who complaining about the spoiler, don't read 'em. Simple as that. As for those who are complaining about the code, well, it's random so you'll just have to find your own.
And a little hint about how the big safe in the right room works...
HINT: (click box to highlight/fade)
once you've attached the handle to the safe, you should already have 2 sheets of paper with a hint to the safe from earlier. If you haven't, it's hidden inside the safe and in one of the drawers(probably, one of the locked ones) It's really simple. All you have to do it start from the left and whenever you see the colors with an arrow in the center(look at the notes), turn in opposite direction(right) then turn left again. (you'll notice that when you turn right, color is the same but when you turn left again, color will change). So, whenever you see brown, dark purple, bluegreen, and pink, turn right-left.
