Smashback

Pong goes 3D - meets Arkanoid - takes a few bits of Tetris - and creates Smashback - all rather enjoyable really. Could be vastly improved if you had to use paddle controllers but I'm not really sure they would be successful in two dimensions let alone three.

3D Android adventure game - I've only managed to get to start of the second level but it seems pretty good. Obviously it was only lack of time - not skill - that prevented me from progressing further.

Usherette

Professional ushertte game - well I say professional I mean it's produced by Odeon cinemas who should know what they're doing when it's comes to usherette sims - not that this actually happens when you go to the cinema. A more realistic sim would be having to stand at the back of the cinema talking to your mate and looking slightly surly whilst ignoring the fact that that floor seems to be exclusively coated in sticky drinks and popcorn. I'm guessing the game play wouldn't be quite the same though.

Celebrity Fight Club

Give choice celebrities a knuckle-sandwich or two. I managed to show Hasselhoff and P Diddy who was boss but just couldn't get passed Stallone - by that time RSI was starting to set in. I think to lose to Rocky was honourable though.

Snow Globe Simon

Where do all the Christmas games go for the rest of the year? Well this one is still here so I guess they probably don't go anywhere. Apparently Christmas is not at the same time for everyone anyway - the Ukranian guy I was speaking to in the pub on (English) Christmas Eve tells me they celebrate on Jan 7th - so it's not even Chistmas there yet.

Anyway this game has simple rules, steer Simon around in his snow globe collecting the Chirstmas presents - careful though it's a little tricky to control.

Crystal Racer

Race around on your skateboard collecting as many crystals as possible - there may also be some subtle nuances and plot twists beyond this but since I don't know any German I couldn't figure them out. I have been using BabelFish recently to translate web pages - from Russian to English - it makes for very bizarre sentences - but unfortunately the service doesn't - and I would guess can't - extend to Flash transalations.

The Game Room

A kind of stick man Olympics with enfuriatingly hard to reach high scores. The amount of time I must have spent on the homerun game and the best I've managed is a puny 545 - still 5 off the current high score and not even on the leader board.
