Hunting vigorously through the lazylaces archives for "point'n'click" unearthed the following results...

Messiah From Darkness
Messiah From Darkness is the point'n'click sequel to 12 Doors, which means another great game that you don't quite understand, at least if your only language is English anyway. Both Jay and I are stuck at the crazy omnipotent god with all the arms (pictured above) - has anyone managed to progress beyond this? [subbed by jay].

The Legacy Of Pliskin
If you are looking for an easy point'n'click adventure then The Legacy Of Pliskin is ideal. It still takes a while to complete, and is quite an entertaining romp, but linear enough to pretty much guide you to the end with no hassles [subbed by anonymous].

Quantum Energy Adventure
It's quite reassuring to know that 50 years in the future, that while there might be an energy crisis, there will still be point'n'click adventures. Thank you Quantum Energy Adventure! I never totally trust games that I think are trying to teach me something, but this one has a cool mini-game involving pipes, so I'll let it off [subbed by nej].

Nekoryokan 2
The last Nekoryokan game was made trickier by only being available in Japanese, but part 2 of the point'n'click adventure also has English translations, so I should strain my brain less this time. The obsesssion with cats continues though [subbed by helanren & anonymous].

Last Minute Escape The Room
Another escape the room style point'n'click game for your playing pleasure in the Last Minute Escape The Room. Just how unlucky do you have to be to get locked in all these rooms? Just as well we love escaping so much. This one is a bit weird as someone is watching you (aren't they?) from behind the window in one of the walls. Is this point'n'click a scientific experiment, or have the point'n'click police finally caught up with you (what's are the charges? Willfull abuse of the [TAB] key? Which BTW doesn't work in this one). Anyway I'm rambling, enjoy the game [subbed by Jochen].

Escape To Obion II
No time to write more now - but I thought you should know that Escape To Obion Episode II is now on-line! A lovely picture and some words of point'n'click wisdom will follow later when I finish work [thanks Brian].

Update: I've now had time to add a picture to this post and actually start to play the game a bit. Do you think part 2 was already in the pipeline when Part 1 was released, or do these guys just have the fastest production times ever? Either way this game is another quality item, with some great graphics and tricky puzzles. The question is though, does this mean that we can expect part 3 next week? I certainly hope so.

Rat Room
Ok, let me get this straight. The Rat Room is a point'n'click game where we have to escape the room, and it also features sudoku? Sweet. I could ask for more, but that would just be greedy [subbed by flooor].

Jack French #1
Well that was a short wait - JB's superb new point'n'click murder mystery, Jack French #1: All Roads Lead to Paradise, which I was getting all excited about yesterday has now been released on newgrounds. Before I go any further I should mention the game contains some adult themes so children, the easily offended, and workers with the boss looking over their shoulder should look away now, the rest of us though are in for a treat. Here's JB's description:

A young college student is found dead in her cozy apartment... But who would want to kill an innocent Japanese girl? Is it an accident, a murder or a suicide?

Play the part of Detective Jack French, collect clues and conduct interviews with the suspects to break down the case.

The game has great graphics, nice sound and music, and a good plot, but best of all the voice actor for Jack French reminded me of Francois Berleand, which is a superb thing in my book [subbed by quick off the mark Kara, and subbed & created by, JB].

Firewall is a point'n'click adventure, from the Harrison Ford film of the same name, where we have to, as indeed we love to, "escape the room". It looks great, but the poor PC I'm on at the moment crashes everytime I try to look around the room. I hope you have better luck, as I hope I do when I move to another PC tomorrow, I also hope it's a good one as my opinion at the moment is based solely on the screen I've managed to capture for the picture above. Apologies if I've got it all wrong [subbed by brian].

Who Murdered Marilyn Spencer?
A completely different take on gaming from the BBC, "Who Murdered Marilyn Spencer?" is more think'n'listen than point'n'click, it is very entertaining though, like trying to pick out the murderer while you're watching Inspector Morse. However, while you can still play, the game is officially over, so it's easy to cheat and see "whodunnit", but you wouldn't do that now, would you? [subbed by Norman].

Flower is a very cute point'n'click adventure where you control a little elephant and bird in a quest to save a flower that you have squashed, you big clumsy elephant you [subbed by anonynous].

The Grey Room
The Grey Room - it's grey, it's a room, you have to escape it. Fairly standard point'n'click stuff, but I know you love it [subbed by lolieh88, sophie, electra, hooper & flooor].
