At first glance of the graphic (above), and when you start the game, for
Save The Cute Cat, it might look like an "escape the room" style
point'n'click game, however the idea here, as the name would suggest, is to rescue the cat from, what I assume is, a locked cupboard. However since you have to find keys hidden around the place, and
of course there is something you need in a wastepaper basket, to utimately open a door, the difference is somewhat moot. And for the record I thought the cat was certainly jolly, but I'm not sure I would go so far as to say cute. But (just for Hazel if no one else) I should point out that there are

I had decided that
Harry Potter And The Goblet Of Fire was a very nice looking, but ultimately very easy,
point'n'click game, that was only worth looking at to take in the eye candy, or if you are a big Potter fan (I know there are lots of you even if you won't all admit it). The most difficult thing I found was starting the game as I had some confusion about the way it's integrated into the site, it's very easy once you engage the brain though. But then I noticed that my "wizarding level" was only 53/100 despite the fact that I finished the whole thing really quickly. Darn. What's that they say? More haste less speed? Right, I'm off to "wizard up", or whatever the correct saying is [

IL Destino R, the follow up to
IL Destino. If you decried the first as too easy, hopefully you'll find this one a little trickier. Nice graphics however you find it though [

Even my very basic French tells me that the idea of
A La Recherche Du Chien Noir is to search for the Black Dog. In fact you are meant to be using
point'n'clickery to help Luc to find his dog "Caboose"... Find the 5 keys, but only one opens the right door [

So Coooool!!! is, as far as I cen tell, a strange interactive advert for a Japanese telcoms company. It's a weird one alright. You'll need those
point'n'click skillz for certain, but you might want to avoid tricky questions like "why?" [

City Love Street is a geography quiz masquerading as a
point'n'click game, but I still love it as it allows I, Geo-Graeme, to show off my masterful geography skillz. If I were a super hero my super power would be geography! You know, possibly I need to get out more... [

Enter the world of the
Judderman. A strange
point'n'click world (with some adult themes - you have been warned!), where the aim of the game seems to be get the dried up river flowing again. Make one mistake though, and I have to say it's not all that logical, and it's back to the begining with you [

"Gina Lash" still sounds more like the star of an adult video to me, than a kids TV character (the writers must have been laughing out loud when they got this one through), however rest assured that
Gina Lash & The Spy Who Swirled Me is very much a
point'n'click game that's playable whatever your age. And if you like this one also remember to check back on

Despite it's obsession with keys
Locked Forever isn't related to the
leaving your room series. The idea is the same though. Use your
point'n'click skills to find all the keys to escape the room, there are 10 in this case. I'm up to 7 so far, and now it's getting tricky. Will this room really be locked forever? [

Uninvited is a
point'n'click game with terrible, but actually quite compelling, graphics (I really got into it), but the music is the best. Can anyone in the UK remind me which advert it was used for? It was on at Christmas I think. Anyway, it manages to make the whole thing magical, imho. Hmmmm.... oh... your quest is to find the red diamond btw [

Ok,
Petal Of Cherry Blossoms has sent the language packs on my PC nuts (at least I'm assuming there isn't a language that looks quite like that), but I'm guessing from the URL that it's Japanese and I don't think I'm going too far out on a limb, looking at it, if I guess the idea of this
point'n'clicker is to "escape the room". Hmmmm.... confusion reigns. Good luck [

I had an easy dessert the other day. It was a treacle sponge. But that's not relevant here as we have one less 's' in
Easy Desert, a
point'n'click game that is set in a desert, but doesn't seem that easy (although I have only just started playing). And all the text is in Japanese
and English in this one so it's the prerfect opportunity to try and pick up some Japanese for those other trickier games [
