A quick glance at the distinctive "navigation arrows" of Ruins Of Pantheon indicates that we are in for another point'n'click treat from Aztec, meaning that there are sure to be fine graphics to look at, interesting puzzles to solve, and a rather strange back story involving aliens to scratch our heads over. Oh. And you can probably click a cat too... [subbed by Cyberjar88].
Last of the "catch-up" posts for today, Dr. Dokkoy is the game I was most pleased to see in my in-box (and lucky me I'm yet to play it all - I have plenty of gaming goodness left). Something about the Aztec games just hits the right point'n'click spot for me: the clean and simple graphics wrap up puzzles that aren't too simple, nor are they impossibly difficult, making for a very enjoyable gaming experience [subbed by MegiPoland, roko, Phil, Helanren, Cyberjar88, handyrman, Meeker, Andiar, Cristina, Mysterious Man, winniethepooh, enola, Pufje, Pari, HunterThompsonWanabe & anon].
Escape From Octlien is another superb point'n'click game from the makers of one of my personal faves, "Escape From Island", this time with a futuristic sci-fi setting. Be warned though it's a popular one, and having some bandwidth problems (I couldn't get it to load at all yesterday), so you might need to try again later if you can't play first time round [subbed by winniethepooh, HunterThompsonWanabe, Nicole, kennymfk, She-Nomad, Galician, narangi & Victoria V].
Time for an enjoyable point'n'click jaunt around some far away island in Escape From Island. The goal of the game is to firstly find the TV producer, then get them to the turn the whole thing into a reality TV show, before persuading the audience to vote you off the island. Last one to leave gets a cash prize, and regularly appears in gossip magazines, before marrying another Z-list "celebrity". Well it's either that or you have to work out the point'n'click puzzles, I haven't worked out which yet... [subbed by handyrman]. UPDATE: I officially loved this game (my reality TV show theory turned out to be way off the mark - go figure). Anyway having played thru a few times now trying to work out what happens with different combinations of the "unused items" in your inventory (not much, as far as I can tell, although I think there may be very subtle differences in the end movie - I'm not 100% on that though) I'm now going back to play Shinto Shrine again from the same author.
Chill, and be at one with your inner being... today we are hanging out in the peaceful surroundings of a Shinto Shrine. Even here though there is a point'n'click adventure to be had. Excellent... [subbed by Escaper, Salina Marie, Nicop, im4noles2 & Werewolf].
