MOTAS (Level 20)

News just coming in on my earpiece that Level 20 of MOTAS is out now... although I assume MOTAS addicts are already too busy puzzling and/or dancing in the streets to be reading this [subbed by PhoeNixe, sorrowless_joe & anon].

Enigma In The Yellow Rooms

It's taken me some time to post Enigma In The Yellow Rooms, despite it being a rather good point'n'click game, influenced by MOTAS, as there have been a few issues with availability. First the bandwidth on the original site was exceeded, and over the last few days I just couldn't get the flash file to load, but now the 7th room has been added it all seems to be working fine again. The game is like a chain of room escaping games, the idea being you escape one room to get into the next, yellow-themed, room. Currently there are seven to complete, but rooms are still being added. You can keep up with the additions, and other game news, at the official EitYR homepage [subbed by CurryFrank, Kelly, Nefretit, Ree, winniethepooh, Meeker, MsInterpret, BlackKitten, Stella John, JhInG & manon].

Welgeleghen

Welgeleghen is a nice, short & easy point'n'click adventure for you to hone your adventuring skillz on. It also has the most addicting soundtrack [subbed by albartus].

MOTAS - Editor

If you know your point'n'click games I'm sure you know motas. If you don't - play it now, I couldn't tell you what the first point'n'click game was, but motas has been around for a long time, and been the inspiration for many games that have followed either directly or indirectly. Anyway there is now a motas editor so you make your own motas clone! As I'm a busy guy I haven't had time to try it out yet, but I'm intrigued, there's even a demo clone by albartus which I guess makes it the official Motas II! [subbed by Sophie]

DDA

DDA

As far as I can tell, unless I'm being really dense which is very possible, DDA is only a demo, or maybe a teaser, point'n'click game at the moment. But it's from the creator of motas so the potential is great even if the current reality is a little thin. I've found a crack, a couple of halls and looked at some stuff. That seems to be about it so far.

MOTAS

MOTAS

Well here it is, MOTAS (Mystery Of Time And Space). Considered by many to be the granddaddy of all point'n'click games, I've been resisting posting it as I wanted to finish it before I did. However this is the New Years Link clearout and as I'm mailed a link to it every other week, and I haven't got round to playing it for so long, it's got to go. Maybe your comments will finally help me finish the thing.
